How can I pay for my order?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Paypal and Google Express
via secure payment
gateways for increased security. For direct credit or debit card
payments, simply click on the checkout button within your
shopping cart and follow the steps through the payment process. Alternatively if you already
hold a Paypal or google account, you can log in and
proceed with the payment directly through your account. All payments
are via
secure payment gateways and Charms Bridal Wear do not hold any
confidential card details.

Can I pay by credit/debit card without having a Paypal or Google
account?
Yes you can pay for items without having a Paypal or Google
account. To do this, you still need to click on the checkout
button within your shopping cart. Once you have done this, you
will be prompted to enter your billing and delivery information and
your card details. Once you have completed these steps, you will
immediately receive an order number and a confirmation email will
follow shortly after.

Are the items
displayed in stock?
All our items are in stock unless specified. If an item is out of
stock then it will be displayed as “out of stock” on the product
page.

my order is processed, does that mean it is in stock?
Orders will only be processed for items that are in stock. If
your order has gone through the payment process then this means that
the items are in stock.

We will notify you via email to let you know that your order has
been dispatched.

How long will my
order take to arrive?
Your order will normally take a maximum of 3-5 working days to
arrive, if you require your order earlier then we offer a next day
delivery option which is a standard cost of £5.00 per delivery.

We are constantly adding new wedding accessories to our site so it is always
worth coming back to visit us.

Do you have retail premises where items can be displayed?
No, in order to keep our prices down, we only take orders online
and therefore do not have any retail premises. However, we
will be attending various wedding shows and wedding fayres
throughout the year, which we will communicate via our monthly
newsletter where you can come and view a range of our products.
Can items be returned?
Yes, you are able to return items to us if you are not happy with
them. Our full refund policy is detailed online.
