Returns and Refunds Policy

 

Internet Transactions:

Cooling off period

When you order from Charms Bridal Wear online, you have the right to cancel the contract for purchase of goods within seven days following the date of delivery. If you decide to return your goods then you must contact us within the 7 days for a returns authorisation code and the goods must be returned in the original condition and packaging that they were received in. No refund will be forthcoming after this period. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within thirty days of cancellation.

If you are returning any item to Charms Bridal Wear, the package must be postmarked within seven days from requesting a Return Authorisation Code. Charms Bridal Wear will not refund any returns that are postmarked past the seven days and will return your product(s) to you.

Please note : As our prices include free delivery a fixed surcharge of £2.00 will be deducted from your refund for each item returned to cover our despatch and administration costs.

 

Cancelling an order before despatch

If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel it at any time before we despatch it. Please see the Contact us page for our telephone number. You will need to give us your name and address details, as well as your order number to cancel your order and a full refund will be given.

Faulty Goods

Should you find any faults with our products, you must notify us within seven days of the goods being received where a replacement or refund will be offered. You must contact us within seven days for a Return Authorisation Code. No refund will be forthcoming after this period. We will issue a refund minus our standard £2.00 delivery costs, providing such faults have not be caused by your misuse, negligent handling or improper care of the goods. Should you decide to exchange, then the delivery costs will not apply. Any refund will be in the same form of payment originally used for purchase and issued within thirty days of notice.

 

Returning an item

You can return items to us and the card you used to pay will be refunded within thirty days.

What you need to do:

Email us at sales@charmsbridalwear.co.uk for a return authorisation code

Place the item/s into their original presentation boxes and make sure the parcel is sealed securely. You must mark your parcel clearly as "Returned Goods" and must include the delivery note that was shipped with your order and indicate clearly the reason for return

For refunds; once we have assessed the items, the money will be credited back onto the
credit/debit card that was used to place the online order within 30 days.

Return postage will be at the cost of the customer

If instructed to return an item, for your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service as we cannot offer refund or replacement for any goods that are lost in return delivery to Charms Bridal Wear.

Should you return any items without contacting Charms Bridal Wear for a Return Authorisation Code, you will subject to an administration charge of 20% of the total cost of your order.
